Unlike traditional sites, StirSec's unique selling point is that you can specify key attributes you require from your operators when you design your job advert or perform a search and vice versa for the operators searching for opportunities.

The basic search utilises our most frequently search topics, whereas the advanced search allows you to be much more specific with your search requirements.

Now your opportunity is live, email alerts will be sent to all relevant security professionals and operators encouraging them to apply for the position. All applicants are then ranked by our software in order of best match, based upon your opportunity specific criteria. Our advanced filter/ranking software also exists so you can quickly find your security professionals with a 'interested' accounts area.

Subscription to 'The StirSec Premium Account' is available between 1, 3 or 12 months. By subscribing to StirSec you will gain unrestricted access to our entire crew database all day, every day, 365 days a year.

This includes unlimited job posts, Access to all operators contact details, CVs, cover letters, references, documentation, qualifications, certificates and more.

StirSec does not and will never charge operators or security professionals for using our services and finding employment. Depending on the role that you apply for, employers may state that accommodation, travel expenses, food and daily allowances could be included within the package, but this is solely down to the employer.
