Stirling Security Recruitment Founder and CEO Robert Hughes knows a thing or two about the security industry. As an Ex-Royal Marines Commando, a private security industry expert, and a high-level professional within the super yacht industry, Robert has worked alongside the dedicated and passionate men and women of the security industry throughout his entire career. Robert has been responsible for the safety and protection of royals, billionaires, celebrities, professional athletes, supermodels, business magnates, political figures, musicians, actors, and more - and throughout his career, has received numerous recognition's and accolades for his work. However, there is one demographic of people Robert has always felt compelled to support, protect, and secure throughout his career: Security professionals.

Recognizing the tremendous disadvantage newer security professionals faced when first entering the workforce, Robert began to examine and explore hiring practices and systems throughout the security industry. Seeing the need for innovation and improvement throughout the industry, Robert created Stirling Security Recruitment to provide a holistic approach connecting companies and entities in need of security services with highly qualified and reputable security professionals. With the Stirling Security Job Board, security professionals could be easily and efficiently connected with job opportunities throughout a vast spectrum of industries, regardless of their experience levels.
